Day 9 - Chen Family Temple

Today was the first day it rained since we have been in China. We visited the Chen Family Temple. After that, we went to a jade store.
In the afternoon we rested and then we went out to eat at a Thai restaurant called The Cow and Bridge. Rick ordered roast goose red curry and bird's nest with coconut milk. I ordered fish cakes. Jinnae had steamed eggs. We all enjoyed our meals.
In the evening, we went shopping. It was fun!
Jinnae loves when her dad tickles her and does a great big belly laugh. It is so adorable!
Jinnae is getting her fifth tooth in. It was a little painful for her today. She was a real trooper though. Love and miss everyone.

Your daughter is so adorable. She is the perfect size to fill that hole in your heart isn't she. God has perfect timing even when we don't understand. I come here and I see what I blessing she is to your family and I just cry tears of joy. I am sooooo happy for your blessing! Your posts make it feel as if we are right there with you. Love your far away friends in Muskegon, Jeff Michelle, Zack and Reese Bancuk (from OVCC) :) Her smile......just precious!

Hi Mama and Daddy,
Getting a new tooth hun? Sounds like she is a real trooper if she hasn't fussed a lot. she looks really cute next to Elmo. She seems to be happy with everything. She probably loves going out since she was probably never allowed to do that before. Looking forward to seeing you and celebrating your first mothers day. Love Mom and Dad
